A Note from EarlyON | Waterloo Region
On January 12, Premier Doug Ford announced that a stay at home order will be put in place and it is anticipated to end on February 11. As a result of this shutdown, all in-person EarlyON locations, both indoor and outdoor will not be operating during this shutdown period. When location reopenings are known, they will be shared on this page, as well as through our Email Newsletter or social media pages on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
We continue to offer a variety of online programs through Zoom and other platforms! Please check out our calendar for updates. Program offered through Zoom require pre-registration through KEyON. We will also be adding more virtual content each week to our website, so please continue to stay connected online.
We encourage you to visit Ontario.ca/covidresponse to learn the public health measures in place in our community and remind you that these measures could change depending on public health trends, so please visit the website regularly. We also suggest checking out Region of Waterloo Public Health’s website as they may also have helpful resources and support.

Pre-Registration Required
The Ministry of Education has shared in their Guidance Document for the reopening of EarlyON Child and Family Centres that pre-registration for attendance at any EarlyON Child and Family Centre program or location is required as of September 1, 2020.
To support in the transition to these new pre-registration expectations, a KEyON account is now required to attend any EarlyON | Waterloo Region programming offered online through Zoom, in-person at an EarlyON location or at an outdoor EarlyON program. Please login to https://www.keyon.ca today to create and/or update your KEyON account or to pre-register for programming. Pre-registration instructions can be found on the EarlyON Experience page.
